Quincy Park Division lists eight open pickleball courts at Faxon Park. The courts are a strong outdoor option for casual games; share court time when players are waiting.

Fenno Street Courts

The city's parks information also identifies new pickleball courts at Fenno Street in the Merrymount Park area. Nearby city court lights generally operate until 10 p.m. from April through November, weather permitting.

Hale Family YMCA

Hale Family YMCA, 79 Coddington Street, offers indoor open drop-in play Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon and women-only drop-in play Friday from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Newcomer paddles are available.

Lessons and Beginner Play
